Want to work at Mofilm?

By Charlotte Dixon

MOFILM is hiring a new Associate Project Manger to join our US team! We’re looking for someone with a fresh perspective and the expertise to work with the best and most diverse filmmaking community in the world. This is a full time position open to LA and NYC based candidates.

About Mofilm

At MOFILM, we believe many voices are better than one. This is the principle our business is built on. It’s why we’ve spent the last 10 years building and nurturing a 10,000-strong community of professional filmmakers and creators from different geographies, backgrounds and cultures – essentially a creative department as diverse as the world we live in.

It means we source ideas, treatments and video content from all over the world, ensuring diverse thinking is at the heart of the creative process and not an afterthought.

We think of ourselves as a family and are a small team, so we need someone who will fit seamlessly with our ethos. We recruit people with a high level of emotional intelligence who are good at building relationships and are motivated to work both as an individual and as part of a team.

We operate a flat, non-hierarchical structure with daily access to senior management. You will also have exposure to senior clients within massive brands such as Facebook, DoorDash, Goldman Sachs, Target and more.

MOFILM is constantly adapting our business model to meet our clients’ needs, therefore everyone who works here also needs to be adaptable, happy to get involved in all sides of the business and have the ability to learn on their feet. Every member should learn on the job and bring new thinking and intelligence rather than waiting to be trained.

The emphasis is on working fast and being different. On thinking bigger than the precedents, building amazing relationships and making it all fun!

Our values:

Fun: People love the “quirks” of MOFILM, so we strive to keep an element of playfulness in everything we do.

Fair: We share & shape MOFILM together, which means everyone knows how to contribute & we reward everyone on that basis.

Focused: We’re creative & disruptive – we want to change the way the industry works & to do it we need laser focus on what makes us unique.

Family: We are incredibly collaborative & close knit. It shows in our honesty, our consideration & our care of one another.

We are seeking an amazing team player to join our MoFam as an Associate Project Manager. This role will support all creative projects and administrative tasks within a growing Producer team. The role will report to the Senior Producers and be an integral part of collaborating with our creator community.
