At Mofilm, we believe many voices are better than one. This is the principle our business is built on. It’s why we’ve spent the last 10 years building and nurturing a 10,000 strong community of professional filmmakers and creators from different geographies, backgrounds and cultures – essentially a creative department as diverse as the world we live in. It means we source ideas, treatments and video content from all over the world, ensuring diverse thinking is at the heart of the creative process and not an afterthought.
We think of ourselves as a family and are a small team, so we need someone who will fit seamlessly with our ethos. We recruit people with a high level of emotional intelligence who are good at building relationships and are motivated to work both as an individual and as part of a team. We operate a flat, non-hierarchical structure with daily access to senior management. You will also have exposure to senior clients within massive brands such as Danone, Barclays, Facebook, Target and more.
Mofilm is constantly adapting our business model to meet our clients’ needs, therefore everyone who works here also needs to be adaptable, happy to get involved in all sides of the business and have the ability to learn on their feet. Every member should learn on the job and bring new thinking and intelligence rather than waiting to be trained.
