We’re just half way through the tutorial sessions for the Academy for African Filmmakers 2016 and are delighted to bring you our session with Motheo Moeng, a talented Director of Photography. As starting as a photographer, Moetho moved into cinematography and has worked on a wide variety of films from music to fashion films with documentaries and TV series in between.

Moetho discusses how his photographic background helped to understand and create moods with moving image and where his inspiration comes from.
