The Walmart ‘Make an Ad’ competition closed this week and we’re in the process of judging. We can tell you that we’ve had nearly 200 entries so it’s going to take a while for us to sift through them.
We’re very excited by what we’ve seen so far but it’s going to take a little longer than normal to find the winners. We will let you know as soon as we have any news, so please be patient. As you know, winners will be flown out to the Los Angeles Film School for a special screening and our Grand Prize winner could have their ad shown during one of America’s top rated shows.
We’d like to say thanks for entering and good luck to all of you. If you missed the Walmart Competition, don’t worry, there’s always Tribeca. We’ve got six great brands and six great briefs for you. Enter here.

If you’ve been considering entering our Walmart competition then don’t sit around, do it now. We’ve extended our deadline from 5 March to the 8 March, so you’ve now got an extra weekend to upload your entries.
If you win, you’ll be the first MOFILM filmmaker to be seen by millions across the US. Your ad will be sitting shoulder to shoulder with ads made by top agencies in one of the most sought after advertising spaces in the world – during a top-rated US talent show. Recent estimates suggest your ad could be seen by up to 30 million people.
If Walmart isn’t for you, or you’re eager for the next challenge, then look out for our Tribeca Ad Competition, which is due to launch next week. We’ll have the usual array of leading brands and incredible prizes on offer.
