MOFILM LAUNCHES OUR FIRST INTERNATIONAL AD COMPETITION WITH ALL WINNERS HEADING TO NEW YORK FOR THE WORLD FAMOUS TRIBECA FILM FESTIVAL

MOFILM is delighted to officially launch their latest make-an-ad competition which sees 7 (seven) major global brands asking amateur and professional filmmakers to make a short video for them.
The brands include:
- Best Buy
- Chex Mix (General Mills)
- Lamisil (Novartis)
- Nature Valley (General Mills)
- Nokia
- Seven Bar Foundation
- Voltaren (Novartis)
Filmmakers have to be aged 16 or older but can enter from any country. All skill levels are welcome and past winners have included first-time filmmakers working on domestic equipment through to professional agencies. The beauty of these contests is that MOFILM encourages it’s community to support each other through Facebook, Twitter and through offering previews of past winning films on the www.mofilm.com website.

You may remember, from reading these very news pages, that one of our Pepsi Short Film Video Contest Winners also won the Sydney Tropfest Short Film Festival. Well now you can see Abe Forsythe’s winning entry online.
Abe’s You Tube channel also has links to his winning MOFILM video ‘GPS’ and his independent feature ‘Ned’ so check it out.

If you’ve been considering entering our Walmart competition then don’t sit around, do it now. We’ve extended our deadline from 5 March to the 8 March, so you’ve now got an extra weekend to upload your entries.
