Twelve Iconic Brands Choose Top Videos to Compete at Cannes Lions 2009
Imagine the opportunity to showcase your “User Generated Advertisement” at the Cannes Lions Festival and to apprentice on set for two days with acclaimed director Spike Lee on his next project. For 12 lucky finalists, the dream is much closer than they may have ever thought possible.
Today, MOFILM announces the top 12 finalists in their global “You to the Power of 12 – U12″ competition where creators from around the globe compete to win amazing prizes and the chance to have their work recognized by some of the world’s most prestigious brands. Creatives from all over the world submitted video entries for AT&T, Best Buy, Doritos, Hewlett Packard, Kodak, Nokia, Philips, Renaissance Hotels & Resorts, Telstra, Unilever-OMO, Visa, and Vodafone.
Out of the 350 videos submitted, the following 12 individuals will receive the top prizes from the participating brands, and the three top video producers will be flown to Cannes to compete for the grand prize at Cannes Lions next week:

MOFILM will select the top 3 videos on June 25 and with the assistance of Spike Lee, the lucky grand prize winner will be announced at the Cannes Lions Festival on June 26, winning the opportunity of a lifetime to work with the acclaimed director.
All other prize winners will be announced on Saturday, June 27th, 2009.
